Healthy Plan

2012 came, and I am  going back to my daily routine #study # assignments # homework # exam 
The 1st post of 2012, a healthy plan! I am not yet 20 but i fell i got a 30 years old body.  Yea i am the kind of vampire human that hate sunlight or should be consider as hot sun. Unfortunately, i stay at M'sia, 365 days with summer *sigh. During the past holiday, i ate a lot being fed a lot of food at home. I am proud to be thin for the past 19 years but fat start to store at my tummy :(


 sad to the max! maybe digestion and circulation become weak with increase of age :X


The main problem, i am too lazy to exercise. Chinese New Year is coming soon, within 2 weeks and i promised myself to get back to normal weight so that i can fit into beautiful clothes. Most importantly i want a healthy body. i don't want easily get tired with just climbing up stairs.


So, target set! 49kg-46kg=3kg
not hoping too much within the limit of time.


After searching online, i found out few ways that i can work out.
1. No more food after 7pm. 
2. No sleep or nap 3 hours after eat.
3. Exercise at least 30 minutes per day. Jogging at evening 
4. Maintain a good lifestyle. So imma going sleep before 1.30 am. really cnt at 11pm
5. No snacks or junk food!!!
6. Drink more water. 
7. Don't eat when not hungry.


I will start to worked hard and i hope i can see the result before CNY...AZA AZA FIGHTING!


Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.
